FIT Club MKE seeks to address several issues that plague many
unserved youth within the Milwaukee community. The
organization has developed after school programming and other
community based events to for children to participate in and for
parents to rely on. FIT Club MKE is focusing on exposing youth to
primarily baseball, reading and overall wellness. One of the key
issues for most families are the equipment costs and fees. We will
provide much needed equipment for student participation and
help eliminate the growing cost barrier.
Additionally, every student who participates in our programs,
camps must also work on academic skills and take advantage of
mindfulness activities. We will also provide health screenings for
all students in partnership with Walmart.
